Shipping: All orders throughout the
Continental U.S. will be subject to a handling charge of $ 13.95. This
charge includes freight, except for additional carrier charges related
to hazardous material shipments. Shortages or errors in shipment must
be reported within 7 days of the invoice date to issue credit (when
applicable).
Returns: All returns must be authorized by Tri County Dental within 21 days of the delivery date. S&H cost is not refundable. With in the 21 days, Tri County Dental will only replace the item(s) for the same item(s) during its warranty period if it is defective. Sorry, we will not exchange an item with a different item. The Product Item Number must be the same.
